Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for the protection of personal data
(GDPR: General Data Protection Regulation)

PRIVACY PROTECTION

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 establishes that the interested party must be informed in advance about the use of data concerning him and that the processing of personal data is permitted only with the express consent of the interested party except in the cases provided for by law.

1. DATA CONTROLLER

2. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

Personal data is processed as part of the normal activity of Dinamis Srl for the following purposes:

Administrative-accounting (fulfillment of tax/accounting obligations, administration of contracts, invoices, selection in relation to the needs of the company);
Provide the services corresponding to the work order regulated by the stipulated contract;
Fulfillment of obligations established by law, by a regulation, by a contract, by community legislation or by an order from the Authority.

3. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS TO WHOM THE PERSONAL DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED

External companies or people who carry out activities strictly connected and instrumental to the management of the commercial relationship such as:
Credit institutions
Consultants and freelancers, individuals and associates
Public entities
External companies and companies (appointed Data Controllers pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR)

4. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. In particular with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized on the basis of specific decisions of the European Union and of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, in particular decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield – here is the information page of the Italian Guarantor), for which no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

5. STORAGE PERIOD

The data will be kept for the times defined by the relevant legislation, which are specified below pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 2, letter (a) of the Regulation:
Ten years for documents and related data of a civil, accounting and fiscal nature as required by the civil code and tax laws in force.
Personal data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding that strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in the contract stipulated between Dinamis Srl and the Customer. Any consent to
processing of data for marketing purposes will lose effectiveness in the 24 months following the last active interaction with the Company.

6. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation from da Pietro Intini and Ignazio Salicati (Data Controllers) as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed by writing via e-mail to info@dinamis.it and in this case he or she has the right to:

obtain access to personal data, request the rectification or deletion of personal data or the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning him or to oppose their processing;
to receive the personal data concerning him in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller (data portability);
– be informed of the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling;
– if express, revoke the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
– lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor – Link);

At any time the user may – without any formalities – exercise the rights referred to in the aforementioned European Regulation by contacting the Data Controller or using the appropriate request form made available by the Guarantor on www.garanteprivacy.it.

7. NATURE OF THE DATA AND CONSEQUENCE OF FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE

Without the processing and communication of data of a mandatory nature for the purposes described, it will not be possible to continue with the legal relationship.
